Respondents from Europe fared better in changing jobs ( an average 18% increase in total compensation) compared to their counterparts in Canada (13% average increase), the United States (1% average increase) and Asia Pacific (11% average increase). 2. Entry-level/ Analyst study respondents received the most sizeable increase in total compensation with an average of 21%.Vice President/ Director and Global Manager followed closely behind in average change in total compensation with 14% and 17% respectively. 3. Study Question: How well integrated is your business continuity program with the organizational strategic plan/ corporate mission statement? Please rate on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 meaning “No Integration” and 5 meaning “Completely Integrated”.
