Business Continuity Program Director/Leader
Dallas/Ft Worth metro area

Compensation: $125,000-150,000

This candidate has nearly 10 years in the business continuity profession, much of that time spent leading divisional or functionally aligned teams within large global financial institutions. This individual has experience in all aspects of business continuity, including business impact analysis (BIA), tool selection and implementation, recovery planning, awareness, testing, external relationship building and event response. This is a leader with a proven track record of results and innovation, with a number of‘firsts’ implemented for employers, including:

- Implementation and testing of mobile recovery capability
- End-to-end execution of full-scale response and recovery exercise
- Implementation of a comprehensive response process framework
- Implementation of comprehensive program covering coast-to-coast network of over 1200 branch offices
- Successful tool implementations (NotiFind, SharePoint-based emergency management portal) and migrations (LDRPS
v9.1 to v10)

Demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of:
- Crisis management
- Communications, including one-on-one at various management levels and presentation before large audiences
- Employee management and talent development
- Process improvement, program and process management

Hands-on Global experience includes:
- Planning program implementation with internal partners in India and Latin America
- Development of joint tabletop exercises with counterparts in Europe
- Presentations to external partners in China
