Role Description:
Our client, an established, publicly-held consulting company, is seeking a consultant experienced in IT Service Support and IT Service Delivery to assist a client design, document and present a set of IT service transitions to the greater organization at large. Consultant will work with the Critical IT Services employee team to help design enabling IT services and instantiate and document in various forms. This will include contributing to Service Catalog entry definitions, documenting key process elements associated with enabling services, and facilitating the presentation to business consumers of the enabling services.
Requirements:
-Certification or 3 years’ experience in IT Service Management, ITIL or other applicable service frameworks
-Strong, demonstrable experience translating technology services in business consumables
-Strong writing and presentation skills
-Broad understanding of core IT technologies
-Demonstrable experience in process improvement skill sets and tools
