As Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Resiliency (ER), you will play a key role in driving COMPANY’s Enterprise Resiliency program, focused on improving the company’s resiliency against major business disrupting events. This position will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping THE COMPANY plan for and recover from business disrupting events. You will have an opportunity to work on all aspects of the Enterprise Resiliency Program – from partnering with leaders across the company to managing the development of Business Impact Analyses and Enterprise Resiliency plans through to regular reporting cadences and presenting status to executive leadership as necessary and coordinating Tabletop tests to meet business needs.
-- Establish trusted relationships with business stakeholders across the company to understand requirements for the Enterprise Resiliency program.
-- Identify and establish Enterprise Resiliency processes to enable effective reduction of risk associated with disruptive events.
-- Lead efforts across the Enterprise Resiliency program to set appropriate success metrics and consistently drive execution to reduce risk
-- Build strong relationships and processes with partner teams for Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management and related First Responder functions.
- Ensure coordination with teams around the world and provide global coverage for Enterprise Resiliency services
--Manage the components of COMPANY’s Enterprise Resiliency repository solution
---Drives continuous improvement of policies, procedures and technology related to Enterprise Resiliency
-- Interacts with industry experts and stays abreast of best practices in the Enterprise Resiliency field
--Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team
--Travel as required
-- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Resiliency including Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Crisis Management
--Capable of working collaboratively in a challenging, dynamic and global environment.
--Strong track record in developing, implementing and refining Enterprise Resiliency processes
--Demonstrated success working with a global Enterprise Resiliency program
--Solid Enterprise Resiliency repository tool management experience
-- Track record of building successful relationships with partner groups
--Experienced in meeting goals in a fast-paced environment with rapidly needs
--Skilled at preparing risk readouts and reporting at all levels of the company from operational efforts through to Executive and Board level presentation materials
--Bachelor's Degree or related industry (or equivalent experience)
--Experience working in an Enterprise Resiliency / Business Continuity function within a Technology company
--Risk Management domain knowledge
-- Solid hands-on experience in building, launching and refining Enterprise Resiliency processes in a risk-ranked, business-enabling way
