Business Continuity isn’t hard, but it can be overwhelming. This candidate is interested in providing ongoing program vision, leadership, and mentoring to organizations that do not have access to a dedicated BC professional. They have staff that can be assigned as a BC resource, but as an organization lack the knowledge and experience. An ideal client for this candidate is either:
- just establishing a Crisis Management or BC program
- seeking a readiness assessment to identify gaps and opportunities to improve their existing program and plans
This candidate can support the client to any extent they need from mentoring and training to working alongside hands-on. The end game is that the client has a clearly defined vision for a BC program framework that is appropriate for the organization and road map for achieving that vision.
