Compensation: $160,000 – 200,000
This candidate has 10 years experience building a comprehensive and rationalized BCM program that has successfully protected a global financial organization from any business impacts in no less than eight actual disruptive events.
Skilled at leveraging budgets and limited resources to develop BCM programs that provides the business process resilience that regulated financial service companies require. Planning and developing the program is but one skill set. The other critical ingredient to a successful BCP is gaining buy-in from the business units for the Program. This candidate’s communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills have been brought into play to socialize the program to the enterprise.
