- Percent of respondents noting "implemented an awareness and training program to promote and educate the entire organization on the BCM program" increased 7% between 2011 and 2012.
- Percent of respondents noting "implemented a full functioning, corporate wide BCM program that meets the organization's contingency, resiliency, risk management, emergency management and crisis management needs" increased 6% between 2009 and 2012.
- Percent of respondents noting "incorporated a full enterprise risk management program with controls in place to avoid or mitigate potential risks" increased 6% between 2009 and 2012.
- Percent of respondents noting "some departments/divisions have business continuity plans" dropped 6% between 2009 and 2012.
