Our History
BC Management is an international recruitment and research company focused exclusively on the business continuity industry. It was founded in 2000 as a small, niche recruitment firm doing business in the United States. Since then the recruitment business has been expanded into fields related to business continuity such as disaster recovery, crisis management, risk management and information security. In addition to recruitment, BC Management’s service offerings have grown to include research, which is concentrated on benchmarking business continuity programs and staff compensation. It has also been expanded internationally, and now has clients and candidates in over 90 countries. To support that growth, BC Management offices have been opened in Philadelphia, Tokyo and Singapore while maintaining the corporate office in Huntington Beach, CA.
