Cheyene Haase has been an executive recruiter for 12 years, with 9 of those years specializing in the business continuity field. Her career as an executive recruiter began in Madison, Wisconsin shortly after graduating from UW- Madison with a bachelor's degree. In Madison, she placed professionals at all levels, from programmers and accountants to professors. Shortly after moving to southern California in 1998, she joined Management Recruiters International where she immediately began recruiting in the business continuity field. Cheyene quickly recognized that business continuity was getting lost within the large umbrella of Management Recruiters International. She decided to forge a new company solely dedicated to business continuity and founded BC Management, Inc. in 2000. Cheyene has become an integral part of the business continuity community, previously serving on the board for the Association of Contingency Planners of Los Angeles and Orange County and currently an active professional on the Editorial Advisory Board for Continuity Insights magazine. Most recently, Cheyene was the recipient of the inaugural ACP Hall of Fame award for 2006.

Alicia Stevens has been a corporate recruiter for over 10 years. Most recently, Alicia was the Technical Recruiter with Option One Mortgage and previously, a recruiter with Pacific Life Insurance Company. Her career as a corporate recruiter began soon after graduating from National University, San Diego with a Bachelor degree in Behavioral Science. As a corporate recruiter, Alicia has placed professionals from Business Continuity Administrators to Senior Executives both in information technology and financial services. Zoey Boyles - zboyles@bcmanagement.com
Zoey Boyles joined the BC Management team in June 2007 and has advanced to the role of Recruiting Specialist. Zoey works closely with the recruiters to source and identify qualified candidates and to screen and assess matched resumes for opportunities. She is the primary point of contact for the office and facilitates new candidate and client contacts. Zoey acts as the project coordinator and along with other team members drives BC Management's annual salary review and benchmarking reports. Zoey has presented on behalf of BC Management for the Contingency Planning Exchange (CPE), various Association of Contingency Planners (ACP) chapters, and local BC/DR university classes. Zoey graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

Tina Amper has over 10 years experience in the data storage industry working in various fields such as Account Management/Sales, Product Marketing and International Business Consulting. As such, Tina got involved in the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Information Security industries and has expanded her business development consulting services in these areas. Tina is assisting BC Management in its expansion overseas. She is based in Tokyo, Japan and is helping international client companies and candidates in their recruitment and placement needs.

Alina Howard has advanced her career within BC Management, growing from a project coordinator into an account executive role. Prior to joining the BC Management team, Alina resided in Romania where she received her degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, and Advertising from the University of Communication and Public Relations in Bucharest. She moved to Southern California shortly after receiving her degree. Alina takes a genuine interest in everyone's career and job opportunity. She prides herself in helping candidates identify a perfect career fit for and helping her client companies find the exact match for their career opportunities.

Diana is assisting BC Management as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, Diana will be facilitating discussions with new candidates as well as updating profiles for current candidates to ensure the BC Management recruiting team understands each candidate's unique credentials and career goals. She also will assist the recruiting team in identifying qualified candidates for BC Management's job opportunities. Diana recently received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California - Irvine.
