Custom Benchmarking

BC Management offers customized benchmarking reports on business continuity programs and compensation. The reports can be customized specific to each client's criteria, which may include industry, revenues, locations, employees and much more. This service provides a unique understanding on how your business continuity program and compensation compares to competitors and other similar organizations. More importantly, our customized reports assist business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management and emergency management professionals in building business cases to elevate their organization's program.

The strength behind BC Management's custom reporting is the quality and depth of the data; data that is unavailable from any other source. Since 2001 BC Management has released an International Business Continuity Management Survey, which is used to gather data from business continuity professionals worldwide. Coupled with the strength of our proprietary information, we have partnered with a leader in survey and reporting technology to significantly enhance the sophistication of the analysis we are able to provide. BC Management has been offering this unique service since 2005; however, it wasn't until recently that we made a commitment to expand upon the scope and complexity of this one-of-a-kind benchmarking service.

Please contact BC Management for further information at (714) 843-5470 or info@bcmanagement.com.

"I found BC Management's benchmarking report to be quite valuable. It gave our organization a look behind the scenes on what our competitors are doing with their BCM programs in regards to budget, headcount, reporting structures as well as vendor utilization on an undisclosed, proprietary basis. To my knowledge, no one else is providing this type of service to assist in elevating the internal program planning efforts and the profession as a whole."
VP, Business Continuity - Financial Services

"BC Management's Benchmarking studies were extremely helpful in comparing our BCM program to our competitors or other "like" companies. We really appreciated all the help and wisdom and we were extremely grateful for their expertise. As a result, we were able to double our staff."
Director, BCP - Healthcare Organization
