An accomplished entrepreneur who founded BC Management . An internationally recognized professional with over twenty years dedicated expertise servicing the business continuity profession.

Alicia is responsible for implementing strategies that enable BC Management to recruit, a high performing and motivated workforce for her clients.

 

Alicia has served as the Director of Program Development and Membership for the Association of Contingency Planners Orange County Chapter and is an active member of the Business Resumption Managers Association.
